Description

You will lead strategic alignment across teams to define and evolve the architecture of GPU infrastructure and the AI serving platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity planning, dynamic traffic shaping, and abuse mitigation systems to maintain performance and compliance.
• Guide teams in designing scalable, secure, and observable systems that meet technical requirements.
• Champion experimentation and telemetry-driven development to enable rapid iteration.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, tooling, and standardization across operations.
• Own incident response and reliability practices, ensuring live services meet SLOs.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering production software in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience maintaining and delivering production software in multiple programming languages.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts.
• Experience shaping long-term vision for AI infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of distributed systems performance, including autoscaling, load balancing, and traffic shaping for inference workloads.
• Proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth environments.
