Description

You will lead large-scale engineering projects and drive the development of the Singularity Platform to improve efficiency for Security and SOC analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams by fostering accountability and guiding technical excellence.
• Manage the delivery of complex software systems involving SaaS, databases, networking, UX, and client/server architectures.
• Develop and manage fiscal plans, including labor costs, tools, capital expenditures, and headcount budgeting.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to align development with business needs and customer value.
• Implement KPIs to track team performance and drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 6+ years of experience with cloud and big-data applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, databases, networking, UX, and client/server architectures.
• Proven experience managing the full product development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and resource planning.
• Experience driving large-scale engineering projects within strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
