Description

Lead global engineering teams in developing an analytic decisioning platform for transaction analytics and feature management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple backend and frontend teams for high-volume, low-latency transactional processing and analytics execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align software capabilities with business strategy and user personas.
• Drive engineering excellence by improving practices for efficiency, reliability, and serviceability.
• Coach leaders and engineers, manage hiring, and build a high-performing technical organization.
• Perform hands-on engineering tasks alongside your teams while partnering with technology suppliers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating commercial software integrating AI and ML stateful algorithms.
• Proven experience with low-latency execution, including real-time aggregations and time windows.
• Deep technical expertise in TypeScript, Java, and C++.
• Experience with domain-driven, event-driven, and micro-service architectures.
• Ability to design for cloud environments, public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of intelligence execution, from authoring to observation.
• Experience integrating model development tools like Jupyter and SageMaker.
• Background in supporting production software deployments and commercial software product processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
• Experience with code generation, caching technologies, and distributed synchronization algorithms.
