Description

Lead technical vision and solution design for digital client engagements across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development executives to identify opportunities within current and prospective client accounts.
• Engage executive-level stakeholders to extract business challenges and establish digital solution visions.
• Collaborate with competency teams to develop projects, lead technical tradeoffs, and manage approach pros and cons.
• Orchestrate project planning, estimation, and deliverables to ensure solutions are viable and winnable.
• Drive the kickoff and initial implementation of digital solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions.
• 3+ years of experience at a digital-first agency or consultancy focusing on sales, estimation, and delivery.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, or SAP/Hybris.
• Experience with commerce, customer data platforms, mobile, and other digital products.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong technical breadth across strategy, digital design, software development, and digital analytics.
• Expertise in executive presence, negotiation, and presenting cohesive solutions to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
