Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise DNS and messaging infrastructure in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate DNS design and implement improvements for resiliency and security using Cloudflare and Route 53.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments, including disaster recovery, mailbox restorations, and eDiscovery.
• Automate distribution group management and integrate external systems with ServiceNow via API.
• Resolve complex DNS and Exchange incidents, managing split-brain DNS and domain registration transfers.
• Collaborate with Information Security to implement security enhancements via Mimecast, Microsoft Purview, and Defender.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Microsoft Exchange and both external and Microsoft DNS.
• Deep expertise in Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and RESTful APIs for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, Route 53, and Cloudflare API.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and AD DNS Sites and Services.
• Experience with Mimecast, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
• Understanding of HTTP, TLS, WAF, CDN, and IP networking.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and Intune MDM solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
