Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
  • Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ORM concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
  • Microsoft certifications related to .NET or Azure.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
