Description

Lead application support, delivery, and technical architecture for .NET, SQL, and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership for application support and delivery across .NET, SQL, and SaaS environments.
• Oversee stability, performance, and scalability of mission-critical applications.
• Act as the technical escalation point for high-impact issues and complex problem resolution.
• Lead service operations using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools to drive operational excellence.
• Guide teams on best practices related to application support, incident management, and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and RESTful services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server architecture, including complex Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Dependency Injection, Middleware pipelines, and Object-Oriented Programming (SOLID principles).
• Experience with Minimal APIs, Razor Pages, and multithreading/parallel programming.
• Familiarity with logging frameworks such as Serilog, NLog, or Log4Net.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing risks and dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification (v3 or v4).
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe).
• Experience managing large teams (50+ resources) and executive-level communications.
