• •Design, build, and operate secure, scalable products and integrations across a global mobility platform in a regulated environment.
• •Build modern web experiences using Next.js, React, and TypeScript with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability.
• •Design and implement backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and WebAPI, including integrations supporting payroll, tax, and immigration workflows.
• •Deliver Azure native implementations using Microsoft PaaS services, secure patterns, and operational best practices.
• •Own production readiness including logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response support, and operational documentation.
• •Use agentic development practices with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding agents across design, implementation, testing, and operations, working in a spec driven development workflow.
• •Design and implement AI powered features including prompt engineering, LLM integration, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
• •Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.

Skills and Experience Required

• •C# and .NET (ASP.NET, WebAPI, MVC)
• •Azure PaaS services and cloud solution design
• •React.js or Next.js with TypeScript
• •WebAPI and RESTful service design
• •Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or any AI coding tool
• •Experience in regulated or compliance oriented environments
