Key Responsibilities

• Architecting and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using ASP.NET Core and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Providing technical leadership to the development team, conducting thorough code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and efficient software solutions that meet organizational goals.
• Designing and optimizing database schemas using Entity Framework and SQL Server to ensure data integrity, high availability, and peak performance across all enterprise-level applications.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline deployment processes, reduce technical debt, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Leading the migration of legacy monolithic systems to cloud-native microservices architectures, utilizing Azure or AWS cloud services to enhance scalability and operational efficiency for long-term project success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven professional experience in full-stack development, specifically focusing on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development, with a comprehensive understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Extensive proficiency in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with experience in responsive design and state management.
• Strong background in database management, including complex SQL query writing, performance tuning, and stored procedure optimization within Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure, including expertise in deploying applications to App Services, Azure Functions, and utilizing service buses or event hubs.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams, managing project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
