Description

You will build and maintain high-quality Drupal-based websites and applications in a remote environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following Drupal coding standards.
• Develop custom Drupal modules to meet specific project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs and performance issues within Drupal applications.
• Optimize existing Drupal websites for performance and user experience.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Drupal backend development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Drupal 10 core concepts, APIs, and hooks.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Drupal theming and frontend development concepts.
• Experience working on the Acquia platform, including Acquia Cloud, Site Factory, and BLT.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Acquia Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with WordPress or Joomla.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
