You will lead full-stack Drupal development projects, managing front-end and back-end requirements to deliver scalable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level development projects and guide engineering teams through agile transformations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to convert complex problems into functional architecture.
• Execute strategic plans to transform traditional websites into product-oriented platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate software development workflows and increase productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in Drupal front-end and back-end development.
• Proven experience leading development teams on high-level projects.
• Direct experience managing transitions from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
• Experience driving product-oriented transformations for web platforms.
• Practical experience using AI to optimize development workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work closely with UI/UX designers to implement technical solutions.
