Description

You will own the end-to-end implementation of the Duck Creek Policy Administration System (PAS) v6.3, including design, configuration, release management, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Duck Creek modules such as Policy, Rating, Forms, Pages, and Rules.
• Manage production support by resolving high-severity defects and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform risk analysis, and deliver technical solutions.
• Oversee release management and code deployment processes to ensure stable deliveries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Duck Creek Policy configuration, tools, and deployment.
• Proficiency with Duck Creek utilities: Author, TSV Debugger, Trace Monitor, Data Tester, and Example Util.
• Strong command of XML, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Commercial and Specialty Insurance Lines.
• Strong understanding of release management and production support processes.
• Familiarity with version control tools and practices.
• Duck Creek Configurator Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps and .NET-based integrations.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
