You will lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and configure Dynamics 365 solutions including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations using low-code and no-code configurations.
Lead requirement discovery sessions to translate business needs into technical designs.
Support pre-sales activities by conducting client meetings, writing proposals, and providing project estimates.
Research and integrate new technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
Manage and prioritize your daily and weekly workload following established project management standards.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in CRM consulting or related implementation roles.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft-based solutions and low-code/no-code configurations.
Experience in solution design and technical proposal writing.
Ability to lead requirement discovery and translate business needs into functional designs.
Strong business acumen to consult clients on key business drivers.
