Description

You design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to optimize business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure Dynamics 365 solutions using low-code and no-code tools.
• Lead requirement discovery sessions to translate business needs into technical designs and functional specifications.
• Support pre-sales activities by conducting client meetings, writing proposals, and providing accurate project estimates.
• Research and integrate new Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
• Manage and prioritize daily and weekly workload following established project management standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM consulting or related implementation roles.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based solutions and low-code/no-code configurations.
• Experience in solution design and technical proposal writing.
• Ability to lead requirement discovery and translate business needs into functional designs.
• Strong business acumen to consult clients on key business drivers.
