Description

Design, prototype, and implement technical solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. Lead development of enterprise systems using object-oriented and service-oriented architectures. Collaborate with technical leaders to define long-term technology strategies and organizational planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver system architecture, software strategies, and quality assurance plans.
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and data modeling to clarify business needs.
• Manage project tasks and delivery approaches using established Agile methodologies.
• Perform Object Oriented Analysis and design for web-based and client-server architectures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of post-undergraduate CRM industry experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technical solutions.
• 8+ years of post-undergraduate experience as a Java code developer.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Java MVC frameworks (Struts MVC), and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA).
• Experience with Java Script, Web Services, EJB, and Java batch jobs.
• Strong SQL skills, including developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) or Oracle/Postgres.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and D365 Customer Insights.
• Residency within a 60-mile radius of Lansing, MI, and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java Springboot, microservices, and WebSphere development technologies.
• Knowledge of Sitecore CMS, UX principles, and public retirement systems (Clarety).
• Experience with Jenkins, Git/Jira, JUnit, Maven, Log4j, and SoapUI.
