Description

You will manage and optimize Microsoft cloud services, focusing on Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure AD migrations. You will create, deliver, and manage CRM applications and web portals for enterprise Dynamics 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CRM applications, web portals, and solution components including managed/unmanaged solutions, publishers, and versioning.
• Automate deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines to ensure efficient CI/CD workflows.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Azure AD to ensure migration compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and monitor system performance and security during migration waves.
• Assist in pre-migration assessments and feasibility studies for third-party integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Dataverse Actions, Logic Apps, and Web Services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD) for deployment automation.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns.
• Experience with SQL query tools, databases, and SSIS.
• Technical experience supporting application integration with Okta.
• Proficiency using XRM Toolbox.
• Ability to develop technical architectures, documentation, and frameworks for Microsoft implementations.
