Description

You will design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications using CRM, sales, and marketing modules.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs in partnership with product managers and principal engineers.
• Design software solutions that prioritize performance, availability, and customer requirements.
• Monitor and tune product performance while resolving availability issues in production.
• Estimate development efforts, manage team dependencies, and contribute to engineering lifecycle standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 via custom entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and PCF controls.
• Expertise in user management, role assignment, and security configuration within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with deployment using managed solutions.
• Proficiency with web services (REST/SOAP) and HTTP architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integration with Microsoft services.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, specifically Azure Functions.
