Description

Provide functional leadership and solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Production modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration design and architecture decisions for manufacturing workflows.
• Translate operational scenarios into precise data and functional requirements for business stakeholders.
• Document functional designs, solution architecture, and standard operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business teams, technical developers, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing/Production modules.
• 7+ years of proven experience in solution architecture and functional design.
• End-to-end solution design aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Ability to balance customization against standard functionality effectively.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and domain-specific challenges.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and support teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to multi-legal entity and multi-country implementations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-330, MB-700).
