Description

You will design and implement AI-powered business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies and Azure AI tools.
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, AI Builder, and Copilot integrated with Dynamics.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Evaluate AI architectures including LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, orchestration patterns, and RAG.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and implement platform improvements like fine-tuning or custom ML model training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, and Copilot.
• Proficiency in C#.net, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing and deploying AI models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with iterative and agile development practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an equivalent field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Patterns and full lifecycle application testing.
