Description

You will serve as the lead Dynamics 365 CRM developer, partnering with Protiviti to implement recommendations from a full CRM health assessment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and C#/.NET solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Azure services, and Dataverse.
• Customize entities, forms, dashboards, business processes, and security roles.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve platform stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and business rules.
• Proficiency in CRM integrations and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Azure integration experience.
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps.
