You will design, secure, and optimize enterprise monitoring solutions to ensure end-to-end visibility of critical business systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynatrace monitoring across Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and health checks, setting thresholds to minimize false positives.
• Lead incident response efforts by providing monitoring insights for root cause analysis.
• Migrate monitoring infrastructure from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS.
• Enhance monitoring standards and documentation, recommending configuration improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with virtualized environments like VMware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of basic networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, and Load Balancing.
• Familiarity with enterprise log analysis frameworks and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash.
