You will own the monitoring and observability strategy for critical systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace to provide end-to-end visibility across infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), supporting databases and middleware.
• Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring.
• Participate in incident response, providing monitoring insights during troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Enhance monitoring standards, document configurations, and recommend improvements to alerting strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments (VMware).
• Experience monitoring cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and regulated industries.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.
