Description

You will manage and optimize end-to-end observability across infrastructure, systems, and applications using Dynatrace.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynatrace to provide visibility across cloud platforms, virtual environments, and servers.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to monitor service performance and availability.
• Monitor application transaction flows using synthetic and real user monitoring.
• Provide monitoring insights and data during incident response and root cause analysis.
• Identify monitoring gaps and integrate tools with ITSM platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux servers and VMware virtual environments.
• Working knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Experience working within ITIL practices or regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or Bash.
