Description

Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, systems, and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and health checks to minimize false positives and ensure system reliability.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) while supporting databases and network components.
• Execute application performance monitoring, including synthetic and real user monitoring, and troubleshoot performance issues at the application and system level.
• Participate in incident response, providing monitoring insights during troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Recommend improvements to monitoring configurations, alert strategies, and integration with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including migrating from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Basic networking understanding including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL practices and enterprise log analysis frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification.
