Description

You design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions for server and cloud services using Dynatrace.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and configure applications into Dynatrace for comprehensive observability across hybrid, multi-cloud, and microservices architectures.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to ensure system reliability while minimizing false positives.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to identify trends and capacity needs.
• Participate in incident response efforts, providing monitoring insights for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Enhance monitoring standards and integrate tools with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux servers, including virtualized environments like VMware.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL practices in regulated industries.
