Description

You will configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions to enable end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, systems, and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and health checks to ensure system reliability and minimize false positives.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to identify trends and capacity needs.
• Use Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring to support transaction flow analysis.
• Participate in incident response, providing monitoring insights during troubleshooting and root cause analysis for performance issues.
• Enhance monitoring standards, close monitoring gaps, and integrate monitoring tools with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux servers in virtualized (VMware) and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure monitoring.
• Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
