Description

You own the Dynatrace monitoring stack, ensuring end-to-end visibility and reliability across hybrid, multi-cloud, and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace for infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to minimize false positives and ensure system health.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring, and root cause analysis for performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close monitoring gaps and improve alert strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience monitoring virtualized environments (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues at both application and system levels.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL practices in regulated industries.
