Description

You will own monitoring and observability implementation for complex systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace for end-to-end visibility across infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware environments, and cloud platforms to proactively identify performance issues.
• Track application performance and transaction flows using synthetic and real user monitoring.
• Participate in incident response, providing monitoring insights for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Enhance monitoring standards by documenting improvements to alert strategies and ITSM integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and VMware virtualized environments.
• Proficiency with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and regulated industries.
