Description

You will configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, systems, and applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and health checks to monitor service performance and minimize false positives.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for capacity and trend analysis.
• Support synthetic and real-user monitoring for application performance, transaction flows, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in incident response, providing monitoring insights for root cause analysis and closing monitoring gaps.
• Enhance monitoring standards, documentation, and alert strategies while integrating tools with ITSM platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration and VMware virtualized environments.
• Experience monitoring cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container monitoring.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
• Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL practices in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services).
• Proactive troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong cross-team communication.
