Description

You will own the Dynatrace monitoring platform, ensuring end-to-end visibility and reliability across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Dynatrace for infrastructure, systems, and application monitoring to ensure system health.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks while tuning alert thresholds to minimize false positives.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including databases and middleware.
• Support synthetic and real user monitoring, working with application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Participate in incident response, providing monitoring insights for root cause analysis and closing monitoring gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux servers, including virtualized environments like VMware.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and ITIL practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Background in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
