Description

Lead EDI initiatives and support the deployment of a new revenue management system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of key EDI initiatives and technical process improvements.
• Manage customer onboarding and collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data standards comply with HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry regulations.
• Identify and implement technical skill development opportunities and process optimizations.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all projects and initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in EDI.
• Proficiency with EDI languages including ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML.
• Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping.
• Knowledge of healthcard data exchange and compliance standards such as HIPAA, DSCSA, and GS1.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
