Description

Own end-to-end EDI transaction management, documentation, and integration for healthcare claims processing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and update documentation for claims processing and EDI transactions.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and create comprehensive technical specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the .NET-based ACAPS system rewrite.
• Resolve EDI data transmission conflicts and ensure accurate file exchanges with external trading partners.
• Provide helpdesk support for EDI claim transactions and assist in onboarding new providers and clearinghouses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EDI transaction management and standards.
• Strong proficiency in .NET development.
• Experience writing technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and liaise with external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of healthcare claims processing and federal/state policies.
• Experience with system testing and quality assurance.
