Description

Lead the migration of large-scale EDI technology from OpenText EDI to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop mapping requirement specification documents and new EDI maps.
• Configure communication profiles within the IBM EDI environment.
• Execute unit, SIT, and trading partner onboarding testing to resolve defects.
• Coach and direct other EDI developers while reviewing code for quality and standards.
• Support go-live planning, production deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in EDI development and migration projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Deep knowledge of EDI maps including 110, 204, 210, 211, 212, 214, 215, 219, 250, 300, 301, 304, 310, 315, 810, 816, 820, 824, 850, 855, 856, 860, 864, 945, 990, and 997.
• Proven ability in mapping and thorough unit testing using prescribed tools and scripts.
• Experience comprehending source EDI maps for reference during migration.
• Ability to develop and maintain quality technical documentation.
• Experience working within CMMI or ISO standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience exploring automated map translation or AI-generated code for technical object conversion.
