Description

Lead the design and development of complex, interactive eLearning modules and multimedia elements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Customize content with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to meet specific project requirements.
• Translate storyboards into functional learning modules by collaborating with instructional designers and SMEs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to development, deployment, and LMS integration.
• Conduct testing to ensure functionality, usability, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in eLearning development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for content customization.
• Expertise with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Deep understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration (Moodle, Blackboard).
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies like ADDIE or SAM.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of gamification, VR, or AR technologies.
