Description

You will provide electrical design support for pipeline facilities including measurement and regulation stations, compressor stations, LNG plants, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and run electrical circuits for various pipeline-related infrastructure.
• Draft electrical systems within a utility environment using industry-standard tools.
• Apply engineering codes, standards, and procedures including DOT, FERC, OSHA, and NNG.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently to meet exacting deadlines.
• Conduct periodic field trips as required for project needs.

Required Skills

• 6 or more years of electrical design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical system drafting.
• Experience designing and drafting electrical systems in a utility environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of drafting tools, procedures, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Associate degree in engineering, a technical degree, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in gas pipeline engineering, operations, or construction.
• Experience using Adobe or Bluebeam.
