Description

Lead engineering efforts for complex, multi-site projects and direct teams of engineers, technicians, and designers. Own the full project lifecycle from technical problem-solving to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering tasks and project management for international or multi-site initiatives.
• Solve in-depth engineering problems and communicate technical solutions to sales, management, and customers.
• Troubleshoot system issues independently using complex computer simulations.
• Estimate manpower, manage schedules, and assign work to meet completion dates.
• Write component tests, technical reports, proposals, and procedures while driving process improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences in Engineering.
• Expertise in Circuit and Schematic Design.
• Proficiency in board layouts using Mentor Xpedition Suite and Mentor Graphics.
• Experience with Matlab.
• Working knowledge of Agile Jira environments in cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical writing skills for reports, proposals, and design reviews.
• Ability to interpret and apply international hardware standards and design rules.
• Competency in WISE applications (BOM, Item Master, NCR, part tracking).

Preferred Skills

• Post-graduate technical degree.
• Aerospace industry experience.
