Description

You will lead electrical engineering projects, providing technical guidance and acting as the subject matter expert for site planning, construction, and modifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical engineering projects using new technology to improve site safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.
• Review, investigate, and recommend solutions for assigned engineering projects.
• Manage maintenance and projects, serving as the subject matter expert for large or complex site planning and construction.
• Guide the site management team on applicable processes, practices, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Contribute to site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated engineering areas.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or Master's with 3+ years experience).
• Five (5) years of related experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of electronics, PLCs, radio communications, and control systems.
• Broad understanding of Electrical Engineering principles, including Mechanical and Process Engineering techniques.
• Skill in managing large and complex Engineering projects.
• Ability to research and analyze difficult information to draw valid conclusions.
• Skill in effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to evaluate and implement new methods for operational improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with site safety and environmental protection protocols.
