Description

You will lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex electrical power distribution systems for industrial facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical power distribution systems for pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities.
• Develop schematics, layouts, and technical documentation for facility builds and upgrades.
• Execute arc flash studies, mitigation solutions, and fault protection systems ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Manage the full lifecycle engineering for small to medium facility projects, including Pre-FEED and FEED phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal engineering standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in natural gas, power systems, or data centers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design fundamentals, power distribution, and system protection.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, SCADA, Simulink, and PLC.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NEMA, API, and IEEE electrical codes.
• Ability to review and improve arc flash studies.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
