Description

You will provide senior-level technical support for complex cooling systems and lead field service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer and third-party service issues via phone support.
• Maintain service records and update the service database accurately.
• Administer the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and update customers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for cooling systems.
• Mentor field service engineers and project managers as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience.
• Minimum 3 years working with project teams, contractors, and customers.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs).
• Proven hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with liquid cooling technologies.
• Knowledge of PLC function and interfacing (RS485, Ethernet, etc.).
• Trade school certification in HVAC/R or electronics technology.
• EPA Universal Certificate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 2 years of job tenure in previous roles.
