Description

Lead mixed-signal electronic design and hardware development for gas analysis products.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and mixed-signal electronic systems with a focus on embedded system integration.
• Develop high-speed digital designs and manage multilayer PCB layouts.
• Execute board bring-up and debugging using standard hardware tools and techniques.
• Implement design strategies for signal integrity and EMC compliance.
• Develop electronics suitable for use in hazardous areas.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in mixed-signal electronic design.
• Expertise in hardware analog design and embedded system design.
• Proficiency with communication protocols including CAN Bus, SPI/QUAD SPI, I2C, MIPI, and RS485.
• Experience using simulation tools such as LTSpice or Pspice.
• Practical experience with schematic capture and PCB layout design tools, preferably Altium.
• Hands-on experience with multilayer PCB layout.
• Basic understanding of embedded software development using C and C++.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for hazardous areas.
