Description

You will build and maintain scalable, distributed applications using Elixir and OTP principles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable applications adhering to Elixir best practices.
• Build distributed systems ensuring seamless communication and data processing across multiple nodes.
• Optimize resource utilization for high performance in cloud-based or serverless environments.
• Monitor application performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience as an Elixir Developer or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of the Elixir programming language and OTP framework.
• Proficiency in building distributed systems and leveraging Elixir’s concurrency capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and web application development using Elixir/Phoenix.
• Experience with database technologies, specifically PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless architectures.
