Description

You will manage and enhance email security controls within the enterprise environment, performing complex development work on email security solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance email security controls across the enterprise environment.
• Perform complex development work related to email security solutions and provide technical recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Document procedures, system flows, and technical specifications for team reference and knowledge sharing.
• Support out-of-hours incident response and troubleshooting on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in email security and related engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Email platforms including Exchange Online/M365 and Exchange 2016/2019.
• Strong knowledge of email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with Anti-Spam and Anti-Malware technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and DNS management.
• Understanding of Load Balancers in the context of email infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
