Description

You will develop and own Linux device driver software, enabling features across software applications and L1 datapath areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver system-wide features from architecture through implementation.
• Develop Linux device driver software for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with requirements, architecture, and customer account teams.
• Navigate and extend complex legacy codebases while developing new features.
• Leverage AI tools across development and testing workflows to boost productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in embedded systems.
• Strong expertise in C and C++.
• Deep knowledge of Linux device drivers and boot processes on x86 processors.
• Experience with U-Boot, Coreboot, and BSPs/board bring-up.
• Familiarity with PCI, PCIe, SPI, DMA, and I2C.
• Understanding of IP stack drivers and io-pkt driver knowledge.
• Proficiency in Software Systems, including IPC and multi-threading.
• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC.
• Experience with Golang or Shell Scripting is a plus.
