Description

You will design and develop embedded software for broadband devices, managing the full lifecycle from architecture to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software and systems for broadband access technologies.
• Implement and manage networking protocols within the RDK-B stack.
• Utilize the Yocto build system for embedded Linux development.
• Architect technical solutions and communicate details to subject matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with standards bodies such as WFA and BBF.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in embedded systems and software development.
• Proven experience developing broadband devices, specifically with the RDK-B stack.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and C++.
• Strong experience with Linux and Linux programming.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with broadband access technologies such as DOCSIS and GPON.
• Hands-on experience using the Yocto build system.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
