Description

You will lead the migration of legacy codebases and application platforms within medical CT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate legacy code from ClearCase to GitLab and integrate artifact delivery into current processes.
  • Transition CT applications to the VxWorks 7 platform and ensure seamless integration with existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies during complex migrations.
  • Own task delivery by submitting merge requests and conducting thorough programming and code reviews.
  • Perform impact assessments, document verification plans, and execute formal code verification for releases.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of C/C++ experience in embedded software development.
  • Proven experience migrating codebases from ClearCase to GitLab environments.
  • Hands-on experience with VxWorks, Linux, and Python programming.
  • Proficiency with build pipelines, build infrastructure, and formal verification test execution.
  • Experience using GNU Make and CMake.
  • Familiarity with Sonar, ALM/JAMA, and MyWorkshop.
  • Background in medical systems, specifically Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Strong analytical and DevOps skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing complex dependencies across cross-functional engineering teams.
