Description

You will own the development and maintenance of embedded Linux systems, including kernel CI/CD, cross-compilation, and driver integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Linux kernel CI/CD, cross-compilation, and modification pipeline.
• Write and modify Linux drivers, including kernel modules and debugging.
• Debug, profile, and test systems to validate performance and reliability.
• Integrate new software and hardware systems into the embedded Linux environment.
• Collaborate with robotics, hardware, and cloud teams to integrate new features.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in embedded Linux systems development.
• Experience with embedded Linux platforms (Nvidia Jetson, Qualcomm RB5, NXP i.MX, or similar).
• Proficiency in Linux kernel modification and driver debugging.
• Solid understanding of MIPI CSI interfaces, camera sensor integration, and V4L2 pipeline.
• Proficiency with embedded toolchains, cross-compiling, and kernel/boot-loader customization.
• Familiarity with wireless driver stacks (Wi-Fi/BT/LTE).
• Comfortable working with hardware prototypes, schematics, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in embedded Linux systems development.
• Proficiency with Yocto or Buildroot for embedded Linux build automation.
