Description

You will design, develop, and optimize embedded software for advanced appliance and brewer platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead code reviews and provide critical feedback to elevate team code quality.
• Mentor junior developers to improve technical standards and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EE, ME, QA, Product) to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience developing on FreeRTOS.
• Integrate low-level peripheral drivers including I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC, and PWM.
• Implement embedded IoT protocols such as DHCP, TCP, and UDP.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Background in consumer electronics or appliance software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
