Description

You will own the release engineering and version control processes for production-quality firmware releases.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch management and software version control for the entire release process.
• Execute release engineering for production firmware releases.
• Provide tested, production-quality downstream firmware releases to partners.
• Document release notes and communicate updates to internal and external collaborators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management and release automation of product-quality system software.
• Proven experience in software building and build automation for official downstream software release candidates and formal releases.
• Experience managing production-quality firmware release cycles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with QA of platform software for server platforms.
• Experience with open-source projects including Linux Kernel, TF-A, EDK II, and OpenBMC.
