Description

You will design and implement embedded software features for automotive amplifiers, serving as the primary technical interface for Japanese automakers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software features based on application requirements.
• Manage production troubleshooting as the first line of defense and ensure on-time software releases.
• Interface with automakers to resolve production issues and clarify technical requirements.
• Support customers with issue reporting, requirement clarification, and release scheduling.
• Coordinate with regional engineering teams and guide adherence to software best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of embedded software programming experience.
• Proven expertise in embedded software design and development.
• Strong understanding of software development process practices.
• Direct experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated technical writing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
