Description

You will design and develop automotive software within an embedded Linux environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automotive software using Embedded C and manage the full PDLC.
  • Debug code and resolve design issues reported by customers.
  • Perform black box and white box testing and validation for automotive systems.
  • Prepare technical proposals and maintain quality through effective code reviews.
  • Apply QMS guidelines and functional safety ISO26262 standards to all projects.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in Embedded C programming and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux.
  • Strong knowledge of CAN, I2C, and SPI protocols.
  • Experience using CANoe or CANalyzer.
  • Ability to model systems using UML or SysML tools.
  • Proficiency with Bitbucket and JIRA.
  • Experience with Python or VB scripting for automation.
  • Ability to read, listen, and speak technical Japanese.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in HMI development.
  • Understanding of functional safety ISO26262.
